Absolutely love this place. Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. I use the 48 hour wash/fold service they have and it has always been a great experience. I get a text when the laundry is ready for pick up and it's always carefully folded and hung up for me. It's really made my life so much easier especially with all the business clothes I have for work, I don't have to worry about wrinkled pants or blouses anymore. They've also saved so many of my dog beds and dog toys from having to be thrown out! Highly recommend them to everyone!

This is NOT your Grandma's laundromat. Absolutely spotless, lots of amenities and unexpected functionality to make Laundry Day as easy & expeditious as possible. I am updating my previous review to recognize Dori, the new employee. My visit to this laundry has been weekly for the past year, and everyone has been very kind and the laundry and the equipment are great. However, I would like to emphasize Dori's outstanding efforts. —She always goes above and beyond, she is very attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and keeps that place shining and in order, and I have learned so much from her. For example, I didn't know you could receive text messages when your machines are done if you registered your card, or that you could sanitize the pet machines. An employee like her not only makes the place better, but also makes people feel comfortable, happy, and welcomed. Thank you for adding her to your team! 👏🏻♥️

Love it! I got the chg. card, they have a nice attendant who explained the use of card. I like the large washer, clean tables and vending machine. Had filled up 5 washers somewhere else, instead of 1. Cost about the same too.

This is by far the cleanest most beautiful (who says that?) laundromat I have ever been to in my entire life. Although it's not coin-op is accepts debit and EBT. Highly HIGHLY recommend

This laundromat is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Great machines and a very nice staff. The management is top notch, Emily goes out of her way to make sure all customers are attended to and she just does an amazing job. Highly recommend coming here to do your laundry.

This place might be the cleanest laundromat in existence. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is all around pleasant; something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. Instead of dealing with loose change you load money on to your laundry card, which is very useful, and made me feel like I was catapulted into the future. Be warned, it's a smidgen more expensive than some of the cheaper places around, but good lord, it's worth it!! Thank you for the great experience, Laundry Room!!

Best I have used in a long time. Machines are great and attendant was really helpful. They have the really big washers and dryers for doing blankets. Got everything done in an hour. Went in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day and only one other person was doing laundry. Of all the other laundromats in the area I highly recommend this one.

Best laundromat in the area. Machines are high capacity and in good working order. There is always an attendant onsite during business hours. There is a dedicated machine for pet bedding. No quarters needed but you will need to load a card. Discount for loading $20 cash. Dryers are very inexpensive and quick drying. Folding tables are very large and there is plenty of seating available while you wait as well as stools available at the folding tables. Several large screen TVs. Just ask the attendant if you want the TV switched to something specific. There's also a kids corner with books and seating.

I was blown away when I walked into this laundromat for the first time. I expected new washers and dryers but the decor was awesome. They have wifi also. It is a card system so forget the quarters you won't need them. Bonus for every $20 you load onto your card you get $2 more addled for free.

Very few people enjoy doing laundry, especially if you have to go visit a laundry mat. The new Laundry Room in Hillsboro is a VERY clean and efficient place to accomplish this necessary chore. Washers & dryers are state of the art equipment. No heavy change required. You receive a card, like a bank card & load it up, "add monies" at their easy to use kiosk. Washers & dryers are available in many load sizes and all use the "card" to operate. It keeps track of your account and is even used to access the rest rooms. The personnel there are very helpful and really nice. Prices are reasonable.

Absolutely the nicest and most convenient laundry mat I’ve ever been in. Latest technology in use; texts when machine cycles are complete. The staff is very helpful and understanding.

This new laundromat should get 10 stars out of 5! It is staffed, the machines are brand new, the facility is incredibly clean, the folding tables are huge, and you don't have to mess with a bag of quarters (the machines use an in-store card system). I was able to use the really big machine for all my laundry (elsewhere, it used to take 3 machines). Same with the dryer. I ended up saving about 20% in cost, and used a lot less soap, too. And, the machines sent text messages to me when they were finished. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome laundromat! I have a washer and dryer at home, but my king size comforters don't fit. This place is really clean and attended. They use a card system, so I don't have to deal with quarters. They take credit cards, too. The blankets come out almost dry. Drying takes 24 minutes. So we are in and out in under an hour. Compared to all other laundromats on the west side, this one is the best! It takes us an hour to drive here, more with traffic. But it's so worth it! All the attendants we met are friendly and very helpful. The card system was new to me, but so simple to use once the attendant showed me how. I sleep so well knowing my comforters are clean and they smell so fresh.

This was my first time visiting a laundromat and I was a bit nervous, since I didn’t have any experience. This place is so great!! When I walked in I was promptly greeted and the associate helped me to load my washing card with money, and then even helped me decide which washer would be the best for my items! I will definitely be returning to this location! Thanks for making it so easy!

Awesome and friendly staff. The price is offset by convenience and efficiency. Everything is new and clean. And kept clean! Great location! Disregard the 2-Star rating that someone gave. They gave 2 stars based on posted hours of operation but not being open for business, yet.

The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly each visit. The facility is so clean, roomy and advanced. Its been wonderful having such a convenient laundromat close to home!

Did my laundry here and it was really nice, clean and the staff was helpful. It was nice to see families there as well. There is a whole line of washers right near the kids section. A really nice touch is that there are pet designated washers. You just ask the very helpful staff to show them to you!

I came in to wash a king size comforter. The place was exceptionally clean. Gabe walked me through the process of loading a card and getting the comforter going in the washing machine. It was quick and easy to wash and dry. Gabe was friendly, kind, and helpful.

I took my horse's winter blanket in to wash it. Not only do they have dedicated machines for animal laundry, but there's actually a setting for "Horse Blanket"!!! The workers were very nice and helpful in getting me set up. They even have the little rubber rings for the surcingles on most styles of blanket! LOVE THIS PLACE! 😁

The laundry room is so AWESOME and nothing like any other laundry places I’ve been too. We did 3 loads and I was so impressed at how quickly our clothes, blankets and towels got done. They came out looking so nice and smelling fresh. Will most definitely be coming back!

First time here, from the second I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was helped through the process and shown how to use it all. The building is clean as can be and there is even a coloring station for the kiddos. Definitely a great place and would recommend to others and will be returning as well!

I had never been to a laundromat before but I had so much to do and I didn't want to spend my vacation doing 4 loads a day! Instead, I went to the Laundry Room and and finished 15 loads of laundry including my heavy down comforter in about an hour. I was impressed!

Clean and updated. The attendant was really nice and extremely helpful. It's cash or cards and you load a prepaid card that you can register in case you lose it. Easy and simple machines. You are not able to use coins FYI
